1. General
Lappu AB (“Lappu”, “we”, “us”) operates the e-commerce platform lappu.se and corresponding local websites within the European Union.
These terms apply to all purchases made through our websites. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and Agreement
A binding agreement between the customer and Lappu is formed once an order has been confirmed at checkout.
All products are produced according to the customer’s own specifications, such as names, colors, or designs.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided when placing the order is correct.
Lappu reserves the right to reject orders containing offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted text or graphics.
3. Production and Delivery
Production begins as soon as the order has been received and payment confirmed.
Orders are usually produced within 1–2 business days and then shipped via standard untracked letter mail.
Estimated delivery time within Sweden and other EU countries is 2–5 business days.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in SEK or EUR, including applicable VAT.
Payment is made through the available payment options at checkout.
Once payment has been completed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
5. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are made according to each customer’s personal specifications, the right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag 2005:59) does not apply.
This exception covers goods made to the customer’s order or clearly personalized items.
However, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product, contact us within 14 days at hello@lappu.se, and we will provide a replacement or refund.

6. Complaints and Warranty
If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
We will either replace the product free of charge or offer a full refund.
For complaints, we may ask the customer to provide a photo of the defective item.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lappu is not responsible for

delays caused by postal or transport services,

indirect or consequential damages or loss of profit,

errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Lappu’s total liability is in all cases limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Personal Data (GDPR)
Lappu processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).
The data is used solely to process your order, payment, and delivery.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes should first be resolved through contact with our customer service.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
