Shipping Policy

At Lappu, we aim to ensure that your order is prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. All orders are processed promptly once the products have been customized and prepared for dispatch.

Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days after purchase. In periods of exceptionally high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer — but to date, no order has shipped later than within 2 business days.

Delivery Method

All orders are sent via standard untracked letter mail. This allows us to keep delivery costs low and provide affordable shipping across all European Union countries we serve.

If you require tracked shipping, please contact us at hello@lappu.se before placing your order, and we will arrange an alternative shipping option for you.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Sweden: 2–5 business days after dispatch

• EU countries: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the local postal service in your country.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Since orders are sent via untracked mail, Lappu cannot guarantee delivery times or provide tracking updates. In rare cases where an item is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team at hello@lappu.se and we will do our best to assist you.
