Return and Refund Policy
At Lappu, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. That’s why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 60 days of delivery, even if the product is not defective.
Since our products are personalized and made to order, returns may in some cases be handled individually. However, our goal is always to find a solution that leaves you satisfied.
Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all approved returns.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we have received and handled your return.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your order – for example due to a printing error, damaged package, or if the product does not meet your expectations – please contact us within 60 days of delivery at hello@lappu.se.
Please describe the issue and include a photo if the product is defective.
We will then:
- replace the product at no cost, or
- offer a full refund if a replacement is not possible
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product is damaged during delivery or incorrectly produced, Lappu will of course provide a free replacement or full refund.
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, a 14-day withdrawal right normally applies. However, this right may not apply to products that are made according to the customer’s specifications.
Despite this, Lappu offers an extended 60-day satisfaction guarantee as described above.
